We value autonomy and have all our collaborative calls opened for the active community. Ideally, players would pick up on something of interest and contribute with their skill set automatically. However, the rabbit hole approach isn't the most optimal for certain aspects, therefore a more formalized onboarding process is necessary.

The aim of the cohorts is to provide individuals with guides and information, discover points of participation and support/monitor engagement.
