Create a new Cohort Page in Onboarding If possible, record the session 🙌

• Allow for some catch-up time ~5-10 minutes.
• Assign the Engaged Octo role to Curious Octo's so they can unlock more channels.
• Tag all @engaged octos & @curious octos to announce cohort starting!
• Take this opportunity to welcome them and relax the situation.
• Use the Engaging Octopi text channel right above the voice to communicate with those without a mic and share relevant info moving onward.
• Note the attendees, determine first comers and start when ready.
• Encourage interaction and mic use, if possible.
