What we're looking for

A reliable player with solid verbal and written communication skills that can actively participate while simultaneously capturing the discussion.

Responsibilities

Be present and on-time for meetings. Check in on the #annoucements channel or in our calendar for the latest.
Capture the conversation using your words in a word processor of choice, or directly into Notion.
Share your notes in the forum on the meeting notes under "start here" and the appropriate meeting thread.
Post your a quick summary with links to the forum and the notion in the #meeting-notes discord channel.
Promptly make corrections/changes to notes when requested in both Notion and the forum.
Where possible, note who says what and when.

You must have the flexibility to attend calls and stay until the end if meetings go beyond the scheduled time.
You must be able to get along with others, listen, read, talk, and type, potentially all at the same time.
