Here in MetaGame we truly value autonomy and consistency. Meaning, we look for activity in order to maintain your status as a player and in this case, in order to graduate to a Player. We don't require you 24/7 for every single initiative that's active but just that whatever it is that you contribute with is done consistently or/and in collaboration with other members. Its fine to ask what needs to be done but ideally that's something you identify yourself and help us out.

There is no strict checklist to graduate as a player. We do have a reference point of around 20XP per week but that's in no way an absolute determinant. The idea behind it is having you engaged and active, taking on responsibilities and doing cool things that are aligned with our mission. In short, those who wish to become players will become players in time.
